We had problems at every turn, but there are a couple of things that really frustrated my husband and me. Firstly, we would get requests for documents and I would send them. Then I would receive email after email asking for the document I’d already produced. Finally, we are in EST and I would get phone calls way too late in the evening. She would call 3-4 times in a row which is so incredibly rude.

I just want to say Brianna Koke saved this because I was ready to pull the plug and go somewhere else. I appreciate and can sympathize with how busy it gets as I live that life too and totally get it. Communication was bad before Brianna. This refi took 4 months to materialize. I flat out laid out my expectations and my concerns with pushing past 45 days which unfortunately It did. Luckily Brianna and her communication were a welcomed change. Thank you Brianna!

The initial estimating process was great, showing current vs potential with refinancing. Once the decision to move forward was made, the process moved quickly. The esignature application worked well. Closing was flexible and I liked the service where the notary came to the house based on our schedule.
I was somewhat surprised that the payout amount was adjusted without my knowledge. I had expected a payment of $4700 or so but was only provided $2000. The explanation came late and was told it was cr3ited to principal with no follow up. Otherwise all good
Michael Felton delayed my refinance process. I asked to Speak to his manager after I was fed up with “working with him” and he said his manager wont be calling me. The phone number on Michael Felton’s voicemail for his manager is NOT his managers phone number for a FAX Machine... try calling it and you will also see. Michael made this simple in-house refinance horrible!! It took just about 3 months which should have NEVER happened. I still want to speak to UPPER management.
