During this loan process documents that had already been requested and submitted were requested multiple times after. While going through the process the agent was unable to provide accurate information as it pertained to why closing amounts increased and if certain payments would be applied to my closing amount. During the process I received a few emails that stated that I would be contacted every 7 days in reference to my loan and that was not accurate. Sometimes it would be almost two weeks.

It was great experience the closing was confusing since they made me wait a whole day for the closing and they didn’t close on that day and have no idea what was going on. Until two weeks later received a call with a new closing date. I think this situation should be communicated more to avoid confusion.

I felt like I could not get in touch with anyone when I had a question about my rate being locked. I left messages and emails. Now I'm confused as to how to log into my account to pay the mortgage on December 1. I have not received any instructions on how to do so. I have only received emails about the loan being funded and funds electronically disbursed and now a survey twice. I was waiting until I got info on how to log on to my account with my new loan number and pay my mortgage bf comp
