This is our second loan with PennyMac everyone made it very easy and straightforward for us.The interest rate was phenomenal they even beat my credit union. Before or after you shop the internet loan services check in with PennyMac they are great and provide fantastic customer service.
This loan took months and months to close... we also had to reach out a few times as no one was communicating with us what was going on with the loan
All representatives were very friendly and everything was done in a timely professional manner.
Our loan process was very easy. Everyone involved was friendly, patient and very helpful. If we had questions they were quick to answer them. I would recommend Penny Mac to anyone.
Tough to communicate with everyone working at home because of Covid but only talked to Jennifer once but someone always followed up on any messages I left her.
The process was smooth and the rate we received was far beyond our expectations. Our loan officer was very helpful and gave us several options for a refinance and helped us choose what would work best for us. Our monthly payment was reduced significantly! Thank you
