Things needed to happen in a timely fashion not almost 3 months to refinance they also requested the same paperwork twice which makes me feel like they thought I did not have money and it seems like nothing happened till I told them I was going to go with another company after that I signed in 3 days

The process took at least 6 weeks longer than it needed to, and ultimately cost us an extra $2000.00. Our original loan agent disappeared on us and stopped responding to communications. We eventually got our account transferred to a new agent, Antonio who did his best to finish all the work. Mostly it was a long a frustrating process. We had to send several pieces of paperwork over multiple times because the process took so long..
