It was easier than I thought. Ms. Sierra was great. She reached out to me every week with updates. If I had a question she always answered the phone. The process was very simple.

Responses to emails in a more timely fashion, some emails were even left unanswered, & I would need to call multiple times. Sonia never returned my last phone calls or emails , and she didn't return Nicolas' emails or calls either on my behalf. The loan documents were never all reviewed with me, I had questions at the closing which unbeknownst to me the individual that was sent to my house was unable to answer those questions - she was just there to have me sign the documents. conflicting info

I had to pay $4000 than it was estimated for me to pay and then I had to leave the closing which was three hours late, because of penny mac and get another cashier's check. The closing agent charged me another $200 above what penny final disclosure stated. The day of closing tried to get hold of Sanfra several times plus her supervisor and did not get a return call from anyone till the day was over. Yall were doing an awesome job until then.

First of all Katelyn did an excellent job on her part but it took ages to have the Loan officer contacted after we initially talked to some person. He never ever called us back and we wrote to Penny Mac but yet to receive any replies to date within three months .The second Loan officer have not very much helpful as We have told about the wrong Credit Bureau reports submitted by Penny Mac's own Company and still to date nothing has been answered. The Percentage of Loan is based on the Credit wo
