Molly, was exceptional. Everything was very clear to me and communication was great.
Excellent professionalism from tje beginning to the end. Mr. Jonathan Warren , who helped from the beginning with the application , and the website was very patient and kind. More than once, I was getting frustrated over the instructions. He told me to listen to him and be patient. The process was quick and easy to do

Once I was put in touch with someone the process was smooth and quick. We ended up being able to close three weeks sooner than anticipated. Each time I emailed a question I received a fairly quick response; usually by the next business day. The only difficult process was getting connected to someone. Each time I received an initial call from Pennymac I was placed on hold for more than 10 min to be connected to an agent. I finally explained that after the 5th call and was immediately connected.
