The team at pen ymac was awesome. Made my life easier and the communicated on a weekly basis. As the loan got closer to close they called me daily and kept me updated. I definitely will use them again.

Yes, the amount I was told the monthly payments would be ended inaccurate and had increased $100 more than told. Very disappointed.

My'Esha was great. She was very responsive , conscientious, friendly. Any less than perfect ratings are not about her. The problem is that our loan officer said to hold our August payment because they would handle it in escrow. We got late notices and collections reported a missed payment to credit agencies. Ken Price kindly offered to correct this,. Thanks. You should have loan officers talk to collections to avoid this in the future.
