My second loan person (Tyra) was amazing. When she took my refinance loan she was able to get me to close within two weeks. She is amazing and deserves all the credit! Prior to her my loan person (will not name her) was no help at all. I tried to keep calm and not lose my patience. I would have to call her every week for ANY update and surprisingly enough after 4 months there was no update. Tyra, thank you for what you do!!!! I appreciate you!!
We already had a Pennymac loan so doing a refinance was easy.
Interest rates, paperwork, documents required, schedule for closing, time of closing, all went on time and on schedule. Fewer "hitches" with Penny Mac than other closings I've had. Definitely would do business again and highly recommended.
There were two versions of the same form at closing. One told me I needed to bring $520 to closing, the other said $585. It was not a big deal to me, but I could see others upset about it. Everything is very convenient and questions were answered promptly!
I had a very streamlined, professional and pleasant experience dealing with PennyMac Loans. I was already a satisfied customer when I decided to look into refinancing my mortgage. As soon as I submitted my online request, their representatives got right back to me with follow-up phone calls and emails. Communication was excellent. I was never left in the dark about what I needed to do and when I needed to do it. I am thankful to Mr. Brent Kapaun for his professionalism and coaching throughout.
No communication with Miss Payton I asked for a call back several times never heard anything at all she kept requesting the same documents over and over and over again which were not needed very very poor communication would not recommend Pennymac to do a refi at all she needs to go find another job
Easiest refi ever!
PennyMac made the process easy. Communication was hard sometimes with getting an official closing date due to Covid-19. Once that was in order it was smooth. THANK YOU
