We were very happy with the way Penny Mac handled our refinance. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Because we stayed with Penny Mac for our refinance, things went smoother than if we had gone with another mortgage company. We closed on time and the best of all was when someone came to our home for the closing. We did not have to leave house. Thanks to Juan, Yester, and Claudia for all your help.

My experience I noted was just okay because, my refi with my current lender should have been in the 2 week range and I could even see a maximum of 4 weeks. It was over 5 weeks. I feel I could have received a progress update once a week but updates were requested by me before I received anything. Would I do it again if I ever needed with Penny Mac specifically, Yes. All in all Penny Mac is a great business to work with.
