The process was extremely lengthy and cumbersome. William Slater and Nicholas Batten were great to work with and come recommended. Unfortunately PennyMac as a company was awful. As a current customer, the process was disorganized, lacked communication, and took an extremely long time. Trying to get ahold of anyone if there was an issue was impossible. I started my refinance in MAY and didn't close until the end of September! Unacceptable. If I could do it again, I would not use PennyMac.
