I understand that the covid virus threw a wrench into the timeline, but 3 Months? Took quite a bit longer than I had planned or was told.

We requested more than once to be sure our new title had the correct names as there had been a name change since the time of purchase. We had to delay our closing g another week as the first closer had incorrect documents. The second set of documents still had to be updated during the closing, even after we had requested it.

Thank you PennyMac for such an excellent experience with our refinance loan! Thanks especially to Lauren Aslin and Andrew Ventura!! You were both wonderful to work with. Andrew made sure we locked in the best possible rate available. He provided good advice on options for the loan terms and kept us informed about the loan process. Lauren worked long hours and late days/nights and was incredibly diligent, informative and professional in all of her services. We really appreciate you!

The first time I went through the closing process it was absolutely frustrating. The same documents were requested more than once, I would not hear from my loan officer, overall a horrible experience. The second time around was definitely a different experience. Never requested for the same documents, would send regularly emails to let me know where I am during the process.
