really good experience
The entire process was quicker than expected and Jamie was very professional, informative and clear from the start of the refinance to the end.
No appraisal needed and the only documents required were my paystubs. Great experience.
First off, PennyMac offered me a 3.3 percent interest rate. After getting a referral to another lender from a coworker, that lender offered me a 2.5 rate. My question is why the big difference? Luckily PennyMac did match the offer. Another problem I had was when I would send questions by email or even leave messages by phone I did not get a prompt response back, mostly from Brandis Rembert. I should mention that the first delay was because her email went to my junk mail folder. She was nice tho
Was the fastest refinance I have ever done over the past 9 refinances I done. No documents required and didn't have to submit anything. Easy cheesy.... Thanks so much

It was an easy process and Kelly and Phillip were great. It just took a really long time from start to finish presumably because of the low interest rates.
