I requested a digital copy of my closing paperwork and never received it. I called and called and never got a reply. I emailed as well and no reply. Another reason why I am unlikely to refer penny mac is the high fees to close

My'Esha was great! She was calm, courteous and helpful. When I had an issue, we figured out what was happening and she fixed it. She managed the process and kept me informed. Give that woman a raise, PennyMac!
We refinanced our existing PennyMac loan and signed papers in a timely manner. 3-4 weeks later we were notified of a problem with the paperwork. It took an additional 3-4 weeks to get new papers signed. Two signing appointments were canceled and we were not notified ahead of time. There were multiple issues with the title company and various other people not knowing how to do their job. If it had not been for Drew Schmelig and his communication with us we would have gone with another company.
The whole process went incredibly smoothly, from my first call with Lynette all the way to the last communication with Nick. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome and overall experience. I will absolutely be recommending PennyMac to my family and friends. Thank you!
Nick was wonderful to work with. Answered all questions in detail. Helped us with document signing and gave me all of the information needed promptly. It was the best and easiest re-fi I've experienced. Because we have been so pleased with our experience with Penny Mac, our brother,my daughter, my granddaughter have allused Penny Mac successfully and we couldn't be more satisfied!
