I felt like Hilda and the rest of the team were just pushing me through a process and not explaining things clearly, even after making my wishes known. I'll be writing a separate letter explaining the situation since this only allows 500 characters. I can't even get to Hilda's direct number anymore to find resolution. She won't return my calls and tried to push me off on the title agency to resolve a problem that she caused. I would never recommend PennyMac to anyone I know after this.

I’m so glad we were able to take care of everything remotely and I was able to get help when needed through email and by phone.

Getting to the end and feeling like added fees, costs, numbers were wrong, having to have someone “re-do” the numbers. Felt like you were purposefully trying to rip us off. The person then “fixed” the numbers after we called them out. He tried to say we had to pay things the previous rep said we didn’t. Full rip off the client strategy that was tried. We’ll tell anyone who asks about PM to be very careful. They will try and stick you with added casts right at the end.

Well everything was clearly communicated and well received. But it's a long process, even though I was eventually told is due to the covid-19 and minimization of staff which most staff have to work from home. But was glad the process was completed and over with. Once again thanks to Penny mac

My experience with PennyMac and the team was great the closing was the best.Raveena and Alfred and team did a fantastic job.Thanks for a great job this is my 3rd loan with PennyMac.
