The whole process and website are very well implemented. The whole staff are very prompt to response to my requests. The loan was closed in time and the numbers are exactly like it was estimated - I pay $0 cash and the monthly payment is very close to the first estimate. This is a very pleasant experience. Speed and clarity
Never felt valued as a customer. Never felt like my opinion mattered.
The whole process took ALL of 3 months to complete. I was extremely patient. Barbara Fernandez was the only person that managed to get the process to come to a closing. Before talking with her, I was required to get bank documents that only come out at the end of the month. That was the last thing that happened at the end of the second month. I believe the first representative was new and that ended the first month poorly. Barbara Fernandez was god sent. I wanted to see if my bank could help.
Brent Kapaun was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable with regard to his handling of my refinance process. I had to submit the same documents a couple of times, but Brent would always call me to let me know that the documents were received, and everything was in order. I appreciate Brent's assistance throughout the refinance process.
Closing documents were incorrect up to the closing date. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience...
