The refinance process was very smooth. I just only spent sometime on my initial call for my refinance, after that it was a breeze and I just had to sign the papers at the end and we were done. Couldn't have asked for a better experience
This was a smooth transaction. Everything was explained to me and was always updated on the status of everything. The only part that upset me was on the date of closing. The title person was late.
ONCE we got to actual closing everything went smoothly.
The mortgage refinance business is so busy right now that the company is backlogged. That backlog, and service issues that it caused, were responsible for the OK rating. Either don't accept as many loans, or hire more people.
Blen was the only great part of this whole process. It just took way longer than expected and then the final funding did NOT go as planned. Was mailed a check instead of auto deposited which now has to be held by my bank for 5 days. What was the point of a voided check being provided at closing if they weren't going to auto deposit the money?
