what I negotiated with the first PennyMac mortgage broker and what I got on closing it's TWO DIFFERENT THINGS
Quick time around and streamlined closings... they worked around my schedule when it came closing time. I closed with an organized and efficient agent-
Responses were a little slow. Multiple requests to get documents were needed. The pandemic probably did not help at all. The time line was way longer than expected at the beginning of the process.
Easy as any of the 4 I've done! And super quick closing that saved even more money!

Other than a couple of repeated requests that were already complied with, the loan officers and others at Pennymac really helped us out with this refinancing. HOWEVER, we were appalled that the notary person (?) who came to our house to have us sign the closing documents DID NOT WEAR A MASK! My wife and I wore a mask, but that only protected him. He wasn't protecting us!
Blen is an absolute true professional. She worked above and beyond calling us after hours both on the weekdays and weekend. Amazing rep!
