Very smooth, seamless process.
Brent was very informative and responsive
When Nichole called to set up my closing I had a few specific questions. (I was a mortgage loan officer for 22 years.) She could not answer one question and was only interested in scheduling the closing. I had to reach out to my loan officer nyself. Very disappointed. Maybe my expectations were too high.

This has been the best Refinance experience we have had. From the first person we spoke to, to the closing, everything went smoothly and no unexpected surprises. We received answers and education on all questions asked and all representatives were forthright, honest and pleasant. A complete pleasure to work with you all. Only one small negative was the hold time on the phone when calling in. Thanks again for doing a great job!
Closing was changed 10 times!As of yet, my taxes weren't paid and I am waiting on those figures from my disbursement.
