Everything and Everyone was great from start to finish, Kelsey was amazing in communicating every step of the loan process to me, and i was able o close in a decent amount of time.
It took a very long time to close the refinance. There was some confusion between PennyMac & the people who prepare the loan documents.
Kyle was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions clearly and returned my phone calls promptly. He made this loan process seamless! Thank you for the great customer service.

Easy and smooth refinance.
Everything was great as far as the people go! The refinance cost itself I wasn’t a fan of, but from a customer service standpoint 10 out of 10 for everyone!
Timing of application to closing takes along time.
Very smooth process, Raveena helped me throughout the whole process and told me exactly what I should do and what documents I should get prepared to send. Definitely recommend.
