My experience with Penny Mac was very frustrating. I had multiple requests for the same information, inane requests such as written documentation to prove there were no HOA’s for raw land that I owned and requests for information that was not available such as my hand written signature on my tax returns that were done by e-sign. I spent innumerable hours chasing after documents that were unnecessary. I had excellent credit ratings and financial assets. I will never use Penny Mac again.
PennyMac and our loan processor, Sarah, were awesome. Sarah went above and beyond all expectations to make sure our refinance went smoothly and answered our questions with clarity and incredible expertise. We received an awesome interest rate and the loan refinance process was incredibly stream lined and quick. Overall, we really appreciated the ease the process took at every step and we strongly recommend using PennyMac.
Working with penny Mac was awesome! I would recommend them to anyone. We closed earlier than expected and everyone worked so hard to help us. This is my third loan with them. I have never had an issue.
The Loan Processing Team was great. We were called every week and informed of the status of the loan. PennyMac already had our mortgage so refinancing was extremely easy. At first when we decided to refinance, getting through on the phone with somebody was extremely difficult. Another issue was that our original Loan Officer seemed very unsure of the procedure and was not upfront with some of the information but with advice from the Loan Processing Team we were able to work through it.
Paulette was extremely thorough and checked in with us regularly with updates. She answered every question we had and gave us all the time we needed in her calls to us. She was more than willing to help in any way she could throughout the entire process.
