Great Service
It was such an easy process. They seem to genuinely care going above and beyond what was expected.
Overall I’m happy we did the refinance, but before the closing, there were some last minute changes that I wish had been handled differently.
POLITE, ACCURATE, TIMELY
Some of my documents were not accurate. My initial loan disclosure document had a payment of something like $17K. That type of error seems like something that can easily be fixed but for some reason it could not be fixed until a loan officer is assigned? I had to call about this a few times. I also asked if a certified or cashiers check was needed prior to closing and was told no. However the loan closing almost didn't happen because a certified/cashiers check or wire transfer IS required.
Everything Went According to God's Divine Will, and We're Satisfied!!!!!!!
