Multiple questions to My MAC Team went unanswered. Closing documents were inaccurate. Notary at closing was dismissive and unprofessional. I regret this process.

Nathan Hoffman is a gem. He and Jason made this the most unbelievably easy experience. The loan process executed according to plan and happened earlier than expected. Nathan was incredibly helpful, supportive and answered my 100 calls and questions. This was the easiest loan experience I have ever had. I wouldn't think about going any where else for a mortgage loan.
