PennyMac is very courteous. They show you that that wasn't your business. They refinanced my first home and mortgaged my forever home. They were willing to beat other mortgage companies' closing cost estimates. And I was also able to close a few days early. If I had questions or concerns they were very responsive whether it was email or phone. The PennyMac team is great!
I liked the constant updates about what was happening and what was expected of me, both in person by phone and on the website.
You hear so many horror stories about refinancing but this process was 100% the opposite. It was quick, Liam and the rest of the MAC team were extremely helpful and kept me in the loop all the way. Great Job!
