There were too many people involved in the process and the timeline did not match up. Phone calls were not returned in time from individuals and there were different numbers being presented. In the end, I was glad everything came together but it was a very stressful process. Even after finally completing the documents last week, I was emailed that some documents still required a signature. Not a smooth process.
Communication took longer then what was exspected
The Pennymac team was fast and had an open line of communication throughout the whole process.
It was simple and easy to do. We closed only two an a half weeks after the initial applications. The notary came to our house for closing. Overall it was a great experience. I never thought refinancing would be easier than buying the house. Saved $400 a month which is almost unheard of.
My experience completing a loan refinance with PennyMac was great. Got great advice & help on what type refinance would benefit me most. After the process started, everything was completed via email and electronic documents, which I love since I am busy. Final closure also went smoothly.

My first contact was with Mr. Brandon Glenn who talked me through the beginning of the process. He was great and made everything quick and easy. As we moved forward with the process, I was given a M.A.C. team, Zachary Teahan who ensured I had all the required documents & was wonderful to work with. Furthermore, with the assistance of Xavier Johnson, I was able to schedule closing and signing with what worked with my schedule. Overall, such a brilliant and easy experience. Thank you M.A.C. Team!
