Loan documents are confusing to most people. Song this during a global pandemic made it more disjointed and confusing. Not your fault. It's just the world we live in right now. Ss such, is recommend over communicating during this time. The mobile notary was a nice touch!
When Nichole called to set up my closing I had a few specific questions. (I was a mortgage loan officer for 22 years.) She could not answer one question and was only interested in scheduling the closing. I had to reach out to my loan officer nyself. Very disappointed. Maybe my expectations were too high.

7 months to close on fha streamline refi is unacceptable. Horrible experience.
