Quicker turnaround time on the loan and less doc requests. My loan was already with PennyMac when I wanted to refinance. I thought using PennyMac would make the process easier and go faster. I was wrong.

el closing estaba supuesto a hacerse el 21 de agosto a las 4:00 PM.la notaria nunca recibio los papeles no se hizo ese dia el closing, nadie llamo o aviso que no se iba a hacer ese dia,pasaron los dias y nadie notifico,estube llamando a lcostumer service me dejaban esperando deje mensajes nadie respondia,finalmente el ultimo mensaje que deje fue necesito saber si voy a tener prestamo o no,que iba a aplicar con otra compania.finalmente me llamaron y me dejaron el nuev o dia de closing.

My initial loan officer Nathan R. was great & was always available to answer emails & questions in a timely manner but the new loan officer was very hard to reach 95% of the time so I was left to figure certain things out on my own via google searching which In turn caused me stress & anxiety since everything is time sensitive & I was always fearful closing would get delayed because my questions weren’t being answered in a timely manner.

Took advantage of today’s lower mortgage interest rates with my current lender, PennyMac. As expected, they were very easy to work with. The process was easy to understand. And most importantly, I will saves thousands of dollars in interest as well as reducing my monthly mortgage loan payment. Win win, for sure.
