The Closing Disclosure was consistently wrong. We scheduled closing twice. The first time, when the Closing Disclosure was wrong, we dismissed the attorney. The second time, the Closing Disclosure statement was wrong again, but I read the details of the loan, which were correct. On the morning of the second closing, I discovered an email from PennyMac sent late the previous night, attached was the Closing Disclosure. It was wrong again. Not good follow through or attention to detail.

Communication was good. Closing was fairly quick.
Communication - Communication - Communication. Big failure - I had to call repeatedly, it was impossible to get through with your call load. I ask multiple questions and got multiple incorrect answers. I felt like a number instead of a valued customer.
The comunication was clear , had a little problem at closing but i feel i was the one that benefited by it , i had a geat experience with Penny Mac , definitely will recommend

Given what is currently going on in the world, It was a pleasant experience. It took longer than I had thought, but given all the barriers presented by Covid-19, everything turned out great.
