The timeline from application to closing was too long and inconsistent with what I was told when I applied. Multiple request for the same documents. My loan officer Marcia Wiggins did a great job of guiding me through the process. I don't believe any of the issues should be contributed to her. I was also contacted by multiple people to do my closing. Two people actually showed up for the closing.

I understood this was a busy time for your company with the low interest rate and large amount of interest in people refinancing. I had trouble with communications after I had requested information about refinancing. After initial contact I sent several emails and left phone messages and was told that my phone would not accept calls. I requested direction via email several times and did not receive that. The actual closing process was easy but took nearly 2 months to complete.

we were told we would not be making a september payment. we were never told we needed to do anything to stop our auto pay. we signed all the documents with a notary on the 7th. i was never told we would be paying anything out of pocket by the loan officer until a day or two before we had to write a check. i was originally told it would be $450. when the notary arrived i was told it was $522. APPARENTLY THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO TELL YOU ALL THE PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD.
