This was our second mortgage with PennyMac. Because of our experience on the 1st loan, we decided to use PennyMac again. Sandra B was an absolute pleasure to work with! Overall the experience was great. There were a few mishaps where I had to call multiple times which I believe PennyMac should of called but overall it was good. I had to use a POA and I made sure to ask if I had to fill out a questionnaire and was told no that the title company would contact me. I got an email 3 hrs before my signing that I have to fill out the questionnaire within the hour or I would have to reschedule my signing (which I had to because it was during while I was working.)
