I understand that there was more than the usual number of refinance applications but from start to finish, it took around 60 days to complete. Much longer than I would expect or was told in the beginning of the process.

Refi was started by me. Looked at Quicken but very bad reviews. Since Pennymac handled our first loan went this way. Have been paying and extra $200 a month toward principle for a 30 year at a higher rate. Now paying same overall amount for 15 year and will save $15000 over the period of the loan. Was quick and easy.
Scott and Nathan were professional gave concise directions and stayed in communication thru the whole process. Highly recommend Pennymac!!
