Fast process, easy to work with, they communicated what was needed, and the loan closed sooner than expected.
Molly Christmas and Will taylor were great. She took over my loan halfway through the process and was there and helped me out tremendously. I can't express how great she was. My issue came with the original handler of my loan Clinton Martin. He was supposed to run supplemental credit report to show duplicates on my credit. I took over a month to have these ran as he sat on it. It only got done when Molly took over. This caused me to miss my original closing date.
The process too way longer than expected but I am happy pennymac was able to refinance my loan, I am happy with the end results.
I gave a 5 star rating for refi process. It was relatively easy and worry free. All my questions were answered in a timely manner.
