My negative review is not directed towards Mr. Hagan (closing agent). He was helpful and answered my questions promptly when needed. I completed this survey based on prior experience to working with him. I thought the length of the process was completely unacceptable and there were weeks that went by idly without anything being done when there were things that needed to be done by PennyMac. I will not ever use PennyMac again in the future and I will advise anyone to avoid your company.

When I first started dealing with PennyMac the service I recieved from Ruben Sanchea was excellent, once he passed my account to Dominick it was almost as nice. Once Doninick handed my account over to Vonney Wade it was a total NIGHTMARE. the woman never responded to myself or my agent we had to make several calls on the same subject she made my stress levels go through the roof to the point I got physically ill. I will never finance through PennyMac again.

Xavier and Karen explained everything clearly and concisely. They were pleasant to speak with and worked quickly to answer any questions I had. We closed on our refinance in record time. I love that we were able to sign our closing documents in the comfort of our own home.

The communicate was not good. I found myself sending many emails and making many calls to try and find out information on the refinancing application and closing process. The PennyMac application portal was absolutely terrible and repeatedly sent emails to me about missing documents. I asked many times what these were, but no one had an idea. The closing date was rescheduled three times and almost zero communicate provided to me. The title company and notary service was just as confused.
