Our loan began with Thomas in Florida who was great and even worked on Saturday to get the paperwork processed. Then I began working with Ivonne Cordero who was so pleasant to deal with and explained everything as we went along. She kept me informed weekly and if I had any questions I would call her and discuss them. She was always available or if I left her a voice mail called me right away. I can't believe how smooth the refianancing was processed. I'm very pleased saving a $100 per month!!

I've been a PenneyMac customer for a few years and have never had any issues. My refi went off quickly with no problems. I only had to speak to 2 of my team and any questions were answered accurately and promptly. Saving $400 a month is huge. Time for a new car.

Our loan officer, Anna Eng, was terrible to work with. We needed someone who would contact us or call us back when we left messages or emails and she did not do that. She even claimed our emails were going to junk. Her manager Stephen Cadigan was equally as bad (we still have never received one communication reply back after several we sent him). We did not close on time pushing back several things we had planned causing a lot of rescheduling and issues on our that were still dealing with.

Liem was excellent. Other persons dropped the ball. On the first closing date they forgot to pay the property taxes, so we could not close. On the second closing date they forgot to pay the insurance, so the closing was delayed. The third closing date was very good. Some where in Penny MAC their was a lack of details.

The representative that I dealt with (BRENT KAPAUN) was very professional, polite, patient, understanding and needless to say... very knowledgeable. It was a great pleasure working with him.

I don’t think this is Nichole’s fault but at least three times I was told that I’d been denied a loan, once based on my credit score, once on the appraisal and again based on loan to value. It took a lot of nagging and contesting on my part to get Penny Max to realize these denials were mistakes. I’m glad I got a cheap loan at the end of the day but Probably would’ve saved a ton of time and hassle getting it somewhere else.
