They always stay in contact with us about everything. If we missed a call they made sure to leave an accurate message of what they needed. They also made sure that they were actually talking to the home owner.

Easy process
Service was fast, communication was effective, a very good experience.
Phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, sometimes waited over a week. Others designated to cover in our Loan Officers abscence could not answers questions. Lack of follow-up. E-mails not answered.
Language barrier, hard to get hold of, had to close twice, answers hard to come by, you owe me $2242.12. Was advised to make 1 September 2020 payment due to Penny Mac mistakes funded 3 days late and was initially charged interest
