Your team was really engaged in the process. We always felt that we were being taken care of and listened to. Issues were clarified quickly when we had questions.
I enjoyed working with Will Taylor and Ronsha (Shay) Lawson. Shay was responsive and courteous whenever we spoke with her. There was an issue with my husband's name being spelled incorrectly on the closing paperwork. Shay was apologetic and made sure to waive an interest charge associated with the issue. Our decision to refinance was a good one and I'm glad we decided to stay with PennyMac.
From the beginning to the end of my refinancing of my home, was an Amazing experience I was thinking not to make the call because I recently lost my husband and mom and I really was not in a good place but something told me to make the call it will not hurt just to ask a question so I decided to call, I was immediately transferred to a loan specialist name pasquale he was so patient and understanding with my issues,Kristina Holliman was great and Amazing I consider her a friend not just business
The numbers never match, and never accurate from beginning going back and forth with person who started my loans to the person following up with me had rescheduled 4 times for the next 3 weeks to close my documentation. Numbers were never accurate to what I was told constantly changed through out process, It was frustrating. I ended up paying more for closing cost. I finally close doc with notary. Susan and Barbara call Me to correct my doc, I told them it’s all done and sign. Bad serv
