This was our second mortgage with PennyMac. Because of our experience on the 1st loan, we decided to use PennyMac again. Sandra B was an absolute pleasure to work with! From start to finish, the entire team was great. Prompt answers to all of our questions and closing was smooth as could be. Customers for life! Thanks Pia, Sandra, and the entire team!! Don’t look anywhere else.

I was left out of the loop for most of the process, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and no one would call me back. Sandra Benavidez was the worst employee I’ve had the experience of working with. No one could get on the same page and convey information to each other. Even when she said she would CALL my realtor instead of email her she still didn’t do it. Sandra told me her boss would be giving me a call and I never received said call from the boss. Need more room to explain bad experience!

Overall the experience was great. There were a few mishaps where I had to call multiple times which I believe PennyMac should of called but overall it was good. I had to use a POA and I made sure to ask if I had to fill out a questionnaire and was told no that the title company would contact me. I got an email 3 hrs before my signing that I have to fill out the questionnaire within the hour or I would have to reschedule my signing (which I had to because it was during while I was working.)

RONSHA LAWSON and everyone from the team were very knowledgeable, courteous and kept us informed through the process. Process went very smoothly. The whole process was very professional and we wete always kept informed slong the way.
