Over 120 days to close for a straightforward refinance on the same house with the same company???? Long periods of time without a response after multiple emails and calls for an update - including escalation to Christina (Nikki) Sullivan and Diego Cabello. 4 attempts at closing disclosure. Three reschedules of the closing date. And when we thought it was worked out - our loan application was CANCELLED and another reschedule! Never again! Friends and family could not believe it!
The refinance process was very easy and seamless.
You kept sending confusing documents and you kept sending overdue and late payment letters! That part was extremely confusing and frustrating! Kelsey was fantastic! He always answered my calls for information very promptly!
