Ted Coburn and Brianna Koke were very informative and always responded to my questions very quickly. They both stayed in touch regularly which put us at ease knowing we were being taken care of.
My loan officer changed during this process and information that I was provided at the beginning did not hold true throughout the process. Though Ms. Wiley was attentive, I was so very disappointment with misinformation, no-show morning of original closing, miscommunication about dual closing, inaccurate loan documents, and inconsistency in explanation about escrow account
Jamie did an excellent job communicating with me clearly and quickly on the status of my closing. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He kept up regular communications through the whole process and responded quickly to all of my inquiries.
