Loan did not close when I was told it would. It was over 30 days past original date. I wasn’t told I would have to pay off my Car loan until the very end of the process.

Communication was trrrible. Responding to my calls, emails and voicemails was majorly lacking with most everyone I dealt with. Finally after nearly 4 months of waiting and having my sign date the next day, one detail changed on their side and completely stopped the process, delaying over a week, without any options to continue forward, until I came up with a way, in which the second sign date was made 20 minutes later. Would not recommend, regardless of rate environment
It was a straightforward process. Floyd and Nathan were flexible and provided support even in the COVID19 pandemic, and both were always available to answer questions at any time of the day. They Demonstrated care and support for the client. Thank you, Floyd and Nathan, for a job well done!
