Communication was awful. The company knew we wanted and were prepared for early closing, but seemed to purposely string us along for weeks. We felt like we were guiding the company instead of them assuming their proper role.

Everyone i spoke with had the answer to any questions i had. The process was smooth and simple. The only issues we had were with communication, and i would blame that on people working remotely due to COVID.

Only complaint is the cash back on the loan estimate wasn't what was expressed. I attribute that to a 2 month lag in the first payment on the refinance based on the closing date being at the end of the month. Would've been nice to been made aware of that. 2k cash back was expressed. 800 is what was on the closing documents. Disappointing but I'm sure there's a reason.

She was kind, considerate, informative, polite and caring. She took the time to explain and answer any questions without making you feel like you were inconveniencing her. She is the type of person more companies need. She made the experience painless. She needs an award for being a good person
