What made my experience great was the loan representative Brianna Koke. She is absolutely amazing. If I ever need to refinance with PennyMac I want her!!! She kept her word and called me every time she said she would. She was very patient and understanding. She is the absolute best!!!! PennyMac better keep her on the pay roll because she exemplifies what real customer service is!!!

Great communication of next steps and expectations from initial call through closing along with the best rates. I would highly recommend getting a mortgage through Pennymac.

I am a previous PM customer. The start of the loan process with Bailey Greene was outstanding however once it left his hands it was a cluster. I wish I just stayed with him. Rosario was very nice butLacks the knowledge of her job. I was homeless for 15 days and it added more expenses, she did not know the FHA guidelines that a second appraisal which she then delayed for a week. Her supervisor Stephen NEVER called my team back either. My Attorneys never had proper communication with either.

We had e-sign some documents online. PennyMac came to our home for the closing. Half an hour of signing and we have a new lower interest rate ever! Thanks PennyMac!
