The home refinance process was very efficient, clean and painless. I was well informed from initial inquiry. I refinanced with PennyMac twice now. The first experience was good . . . but it has gotten even better over time.

PennyMac, Ruben Luna, and Liem Nguyen were terrific in refinancing my mortgage. Everything went smooth and I got a great interest rate that lowered my monthly payment by $193. In fact, the loan was completed sooner than I first expected. It was a great experience.

The communication when it was time to close could’ve been much better! I was completely lost on my closing date. I had no final closing disclosures nor did I know how much I was expected to bring to closing. I called Penny Mac repeatedly on my closing date and no one could help me. I didn’t know the closing was still on the schedule until my doorbell rang.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Both Nekita (Kita) Morris and Arthor Tate should no longer work for this company. Little to no communication. My emails were ignored. I was promised 2 months without payments, but only received one month.
