From the very first call I received to the document signing at closing, I truly felt like I had a team of experts assisting me along the way. In particular, both Carol Dion and Paulette Wiley were exceptional at helping me understand the process and giving me instructions on what to expect and what to do when I needed to take action. What impressed me most was that Carol made me feel like a person and not just a number when we first talked and Paulette continued that through the whole process.

I did a streamline refinance of my loan. I got a great rate and I closed im time. They beat a previous loan offer. Everything went really smooth.

Cheree is a highly effective communicator. She is courteous and friendly. She gave me weekly updates on the loan process. She gave me additional updates when needed in a timely fashion. She also promptly and deftly answered all of my questions. It was a joy working with her.
The process took longer then was originally told it would take. Other than the time it took to close, it was a great outcome.
Went fast and as expected
I am a Pennymac customer who was refinancing a loan at a lower rate. The loan approval process was straight forward and requests for duplicate documents happened only a couple times. However, when we were handed over to the loan processor, Michael Felton, he proved to be completely incompetent. We were supposed to sign 7/16 and the actual date we finally got the loan signed was 8/22 and only after I called the escrow company directly to schedule. Michael was useless.
