Process was smooth and The agents were friendly and helpful. When I called too ask questions, I never got an answer and no one returned my calls. They did call weekly to give me updates. Overall it is a good process.

Loan closed over 30days past the date it was expected to close, documents were requested several times even after they were already uploaded to the portal. Other documents were requested but were not able to upload them so we had to email them which caused a delay in reviewing. Our scheduled signing appointment was canceled without notifying us due to documents not being reviewed which were submitted prior to the deadline I was given.

Process took to long and it was difficult to get a hold of my loan processor, often had to wait a day or longer for response or I would have to reach out a second time. Process was messy Conditions of refi were not all met as of yet. I was told at start that I would get “money in my pocket” by being able to skip first pmt. I have yet to receive a statement with this skipped payment as I have paid August at new rate, and have statement with Sep pmt due too. Can’t get an answer on this as of yet
