From the moment the process started I was amazed w/the continued updates, status emailsand even personal phone calls that I received to keep me apprised of my loan. I raved to my friends and co-workers about it and how I had never had this kind of experience. The only hiccup was the last 24 hrs when I did not receive the phone call with the final closing cost #'s. No word the next morning either. Closing was at 1:30pm, finally at noon, I rec'd email w/info. This was stressful, but completed at 3
All good finance a home always some irritation but this went smoothly since more than one person to assist you if questions arise.
The initial documents I signed had me not paying anything at closing, but when the notary showed up to complete the closing the documents had changed from what I had signed. This happened twice so I ended up having to pay money at the closing and I only paid the money because I did not want to have to wait more days for another attempt to correct the closing documents to what I had initially agreed upon.

One of the contacts with the Title review request left without letting us know they were gone. We were not sure if the requested materials we sent were received or acceptable? We did not know just who our contact at that stage of the process was. Everything else was open, clear and very professional. Thank you.
The process from application to closing took a long time but Aida was really helpful at explaining that the process would be elongated. Because of this clarity I knew exactly what to expect.
I think the whole process went well except for the length of time it took to complete. However, I am a satisfied customer.
