I really want to commend Norma Brambila on her excellent service during our loan process. When I wouldn’t get an answer from the original person that started our loan, Norma would help out and get the person to call or email me the answer to our question. That happened more than once. Refinance loan was completed promptly and easily., Faster than expected..
My loan processor was excellent however if she was out of the office I wouldn’t get a call back or get my questions answered my loan officer was extremely difficult to get in contact with. I felt like that once I signed up for the refinance my business wasn’t appreciated or valued.At one point of the process I even contacted a competitive Wells Fargo got approved for a lower rate almost went with them but came back to Penny Mac because I was too close to the closing process
