USAF retired and have been a Penny Mac customer for many years and I would not want to have it any other way.

The broker/sales agent we worked with did not communicate very well...nor did he return calls. The only reason I am staying with Pennimac is because of Liem Nguyen who Was always there to answer my call and escalate my concerns to management.
The process didnt went smoothly than my first home loan. There were misunderstanding before closing signature. But, i didnt care much as long as i got the lowest payment possible.
The whole process was great, and quick. We was also very informed. Any questions we asked we received a quick response.
