Molly was responsive and always answered any questions. The loan didn't close as fast as we had hoped, but it wasn't due to PennyMac, it was just a product of the times with record number of mortgages and refinances happening and the volume of work being done nationwide. The refinance process was super easy.

I was asked to provide the same document multiple times after I supplied it the first time it was requested. Also, received an email from a different individual requesting that document as well even after I submitted it. I would have liked an outlined email detailing who the final closing costs needed to be payable to and correct amount as both were different in the closing disclosures. I also sent an email to have a call as i had a question before my closing and never received a response.

From the beginning I made it clear I did not want to escrow. Eventually George worked it out but the original settlement date was missed because of escrowing in the settlement. No one called the mobile notary to tell him settlement was not going to take place. We settled one week later but the settlement documents brought to settlement were the ones from the week before. We had to delay the settlement 2 hours until the correct documents were received. As I said, it eventually worked out but it w

The whole PennyMac experience was absolutely great. Sandra was wonderful. Any questions l had was responded to immediately considering east coast west coast time differences. Even my realtor was very impressed with the PennyMac experience. Great job everyone and God bless you all.
