Correct information on my closing paperwork, documents needed to close, the correct amount needed to close. Not promising to close on a certain date and the notary no showing twice with a call two minutes before the close is supposed to happen. Needless to say a very long drawn out painful process.

Process took longer than expected. Several times I requested the amount of closing cost as well as what my refinanced monthly would be. Did not find out until week of closing (after several months of asking)
