I love the online tracking system also making it easy to provide info. The application review w/loan officer Angey Wu was excellent. I'm absolutely grateful for Patrick Peavy, the mymac team member assigned to my loan. During such a stressful time, it was reassuring that he would reply to my questions and concerns in such a timely,thorough and caring manner. Patrick helped ease my nervousness about this process and that's priceless. Thank you!
Great job. Made refinance easy.
It was a very positive experience from start to finish. The only MINOR issues were basically caused by me, and Clinton was able to get things taken care of quite promptly. He was away for a few days during the process, but his "team mates" were just as knowledgeable as he was and just as quick to respond and act on anything needed. Overall, a great experience. Thanks, PennyMac, and Carlton, for making a dreaded situation very pleasant.
Mona was great. She was very prompt in responding and explained everything clearly. She definitely gets 5 stars. Very helpful! However, the overall process was not perfect. First, it took me a while to find a Penny Mac loan officer. Then it took few calls/emails schedule the actual application. Finally, the good faith estimate did not match what I actually paid at closing. The closing process was relatively smooth and I understand the refinancing rush now, but overall experience was just ok.
The overall experience with refinancing with PennyMac was pleasant.
It was different dealing with COVID-19 because the process was taking longer. Our case worker was giving weekly updates, when were getting close to closing. It worked out well for us! Thank you!!
