Everything took so long. My loan took close to 3 months
The process didnt went smoothly than my first home loan. There were misunderstanding before closing signature. But, i didnt care much as long as i got the lowest payment possible.
When it was time to close, the funds that I was supposed to bring were inaccurately quoted. I had to reach out to my first point of contact so he could help Max with the accurate closing cost amount. This happened two times before he got it correct. I just feel that the closing costs amount should have been accurately assessed and delivered to me the first time. To me this is a very important step knowing what funds to bring to closing and to not have the amount tripled before closing.
