This is the second time I've used PennyMac for my mortgage needs. Each time the experience has been exceptional! The process is simple & timely, communication with their agents is spot on, and closing has right on time with set expectations. I won't use anyone else in the future!

Great communication and prompt
My loan officer Nathan was well-informed, personable and communicated the process very well. Before I called Nathan I had a loan approval from another lender and I decided to try to get a matched offer from Penney mac, which is my current mortgage holder. Nathan quickly got me a better interest rate at my desired term with out PMI saving me 50K in total payments, which retained me as a current customer. I highly recommend Nathan and Penney Mac.
