From start to finish PennyMac took care of us without exception. With minimal effort on our part, our loan was refinanced quicker than expected. Although everybody along the way was great to deal with, we need to give a HUGE thank you to Mr. Kelvey Becks! From the first conversation we had, he made us feel like family. Our realtor called 53 times in one day because we did not have the paperwork we needed to close and no communication was given. This was the most stressful experience ever. We did not close on our expected date. Our appraisal was late. Everything was awful. The day we did close no one knew if it was definitely a go because the title company had not received anything until that day.
