The process was quick and easy the loan officer was nice and informative could call on a Lan line was little hard to understand on the cell phone due to Covid.
They did well in a time where they were swamped with work and with everyone taking advantage of the extremely low rates, not to mention the pandemic going on.
My loan process was completed in a timely and professional manner. the service I received was excellent. I would refer anyone to the PennyMac Loan Services.
