Respond to emails quickly and within 24 hours at the latest; Understand that loan refinancing is not a full time job for the customer so give them status updates actively; work with the customer to understand which closing schedule fits their needs instead of pushing and rescheduling without giving them appropriate time to discuss with their spouse/partners; be polite and not irritated when customer asks questions;

I tried refinancing with rocket mortgage originally It was so stressful and it took 2 months to not even get to closing. You guys did it in 3 weeks with no stress!! Everyone was absolutely awesome

From the beginning of the process to the final days of closing, everything was handled quickly. The only issue was that the phone number(s) for the agents working on my refinance were listed s "potential spam" on my cell phone! This made it uneasy at first, but I saved the numbers under PennyMac and with the agent's name - problem solved.
