Takes too long and poor communication between depts
The team that I was given with Penny Mac was exceptional they communicated with me often they called me whenever anything was needed they called to confirm that I received things I responded promptly and they responded promptly as well whenever I had a question somebody was there to answer it whenever I sent an email I always received a response they were great
Working with my loan officer was easy and stress free. Even during a global crisis I felt like I received great customer service.
