A more experienced Loan Specialist would have significantly improved my experience. I have bought three houses with PennyMac and the last one was terrible. The other two were very good experiences. If it wasn't for Dennis Wang, I do not believe my loan would have closed on time or at all. My initial Loan Officer was very good as well.

I do realize that your company is very busy due to the extremely low interest rates, and have taken that into consideration throughout my ordeal. My experience was that whenever there was a problem, there was radio silence from my loan processor--not just Pache but also Nicholas. My calls and emails were not returned as they should be--and if they were, they were certainly not timely. It took 5 months to close what was supposed to be "the easiest type of refi" possible.
