I was guided through the refinance process the entire way. I had support the entire time and someone was in constant communication with me. The entire process was very quick and seamless.
This is the third time that Penny MAC has serviced a home loan for me. All of the employees are friendly, informed and efficient. Jamie Wright was so prompt and helpful and the whole closing went through smoothly. The title agent was impressed with the documents and the timeliness . I recommend Penny MAC often. Just no negatives for me!

My wife’s name was wrong on closing documents causing her to write her former name as well as current last name. Very disappointing
Erica was pleasant & very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and calmed any anxiety I had with total understand and professional courtesy. Keep me up to date on all facets of this experience. I would like to thank her for everything and making this a great experience.
