It was fairly easy to complete as PennyMac already had a year’s history on this loan.
The whole process, from start to finish, was super simple. I literally did nothing other than sign the closing docs when it was time. Truly the easiest transaction I've ever made.
Considering our refi took place during a pandemic, the PennyMac team did an exceptional job with communications and funding the loan on our timeline. We enjoyed actually enjoyed the process and few times we needed to speak with Brent or Brandon. Great team!!
